These two eyeballs and only the two eyeballs I painted awhile ago they have been looking out at me whenever I would go past them and they would seem to be asking hey DUDE are you going to finish me??
Well here it is completed,painted the face in after spattering on masking fluid and saving the white of the eyes by tapeing out the eyes.
Then I placed in some pure yellow over the whole face and dropped in some brown,golden brown here and there then let dry. Then later when dry I removed all the masking and tape and placed in the blue paint on some of the pure white spots so it would be pure blue color with out any mixed colors on some of those blue spots.Then went in and placed in the abstract shapes with shadows then noticed that some shapes appeared numerical so i added the broken watch hand and the shadows below that watch hand.

Funny, LOL, I've had days just like you say, also.I'm never sure where the painting is going to end, a lot of times I have shapes and or colors or even whole paintings appear in my head when I'm sleeping I stumble around looking for a piece of paper and sketch out a thumbnail idea, or even just write out what I saw in the dream,and that's the way this one happened I went to sleep and before I tucked in and turned out the light I looked over at the EYES I had painted awhile ago and hours later I awoke with this image I saw in my dream then I just penciled a small sketch to retain the image and idea.
